What do you carry with you that you don’t need anymore?
What needs more definition and clarity in your life?
The coaching I practice can best be described as psychological coaching – using the best of both therapy and coaching worlds to provide a solution-oriented, goal-focused, present and future-facing conversation that aims at nothing less than a transformation in the way a situation is seen, experienced or felt.
Psychological coaching can be perfect for those going through transitions from job to job, career to career; from relationship to single status; for navigating stages of life or managing change – the questions and stance that I take in a session and the collaboration between us will help you generate solutions, activate strengths and take your thinking to new areas.
As a dual accredited coach, I can flex according to the needs of an individual client or clients and ensure a safe, transformative space.
Sessions can be conducted in person, at your offices, via Zoom or even outdoors – please look at the nature-enhanced coaching section of this site to learn more about walk and talk therapy sessions in the Peak District.
